About this site
Grand Prix Guides is a fan project. The goal was simple: build the F1 circuit reference that actually shows you what you want to know before race weekend โ where the grandstands sit relative to the track, which turns are worth watching from where, and what the circuit actually looks like from above. Every map is satellite imagery, not a stylised diagram.
The circuit data โ GeoJSON track outlines, turn coordinates, and DRS zone boundaries โ comes from bacinger/f1-circuits, an open-source dataset maintained by the community. On top of that, grandstand polygons are mapped by hand against satellite imagery so you can see exactly which section of tarmac each stand overlooks. Where circuits have published turn descriptions, those are included too.
This is a side project, not a company. If something's wrong, missing, or you want to contribute grandstand data for a circuit, get in touch.
